We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Bi‑Lingual Facility Maintenance Technician to help keep our building, equipment, and grounds in top condition. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and values organization and safety.

The right candidate will perform daily maintenance tasks, support shipping and receiving operations, and assist with light repairs, cleaning, and inspections to ensure a well‑functioning and efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep of the facility and work areas
  • Conduct small maintenance repairs on building systems, equipment, and vehicles (painting, plumbing, minor mechanical fixes, etc.)
  • Create, maintain, and submit regular inspection reports for facilities and equipment
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading and coordinating deliveries
  • Perform light mechanical work and preventive maintenance on tools and company vehicles
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Take initiative to identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions
  • Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
