As a Benefits Administration Specialist , you will Augusbe responsible forthe administration, coordination, and ongoing management of disability programs, employee leaves of absence,benefitscontinuation, and return-to-work activities. You will play a critical role in supportingconsistent, compassionate, and well-controlled employee experience while ensuring that leave and benefits programs are administered accurately, confidentially, and in alignment with organizational policies, collective agreements, benefit plan provisions, and legislative requirements. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong administrativeexpertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Health Benefits & Wellbeing. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.
This role offers a salary range of $53,500to $71,500per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills,previousexperience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
