Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a drive for personal and professional growth.

As a Benefits Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand coverage options and ensuring their needs are fully met.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and schedule appointments with members who have requested benefit information.

  • Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to review and explain benefit packages.

  • Assist clients in completing necessary enrollment documents.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

  • Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience is an asset, but not required training is provided.

  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background screening.
