Job summary

A leading health service provider in Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise Instructor Therapists, and work closely with families to ensure high-quality service delivery. A master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification are required, along with at least 5 years of experience in providing ABA services.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilledBoard Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) / Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. Ont.)to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical oversight, development, and evaluation of individualized ABA treatment plans. This role involves supervising Instructor Therapists, collaborating with families, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs (focused and comprehensive).
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Supervised Instructor Therapists.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support client outcomes.
  • Ensure treatment aligns with ethical guidelines, contextual behavioural science, and client/family values.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in professional development and remain current with emerging best practices (e.g., ACT, RFT, PFA-SBT).
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Registered as an RBA in Ontario.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing ABA services (preferably in autism and developmental services).
  • Demonstrated experience supervising behaviour technicians/therapists.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centred, and values-based practice.
