Qualifications

• Post graduate diploma or degree in Behaviour Analysis or a related field.
• Prior experience with clients in Long Term Care and the community.
• Direct clinical experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) preferred.
• Ability to train others in ABA principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment strategies.
• Coordinate and monitor service delivery for clients.
• Provide on-going follow-up for staff and residents with complex needs.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer into practice.
