Behavioral Caregiver's at Maxim Healthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. The Behavioral Technician works closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. The role also involves assisting family members in maintaining the client in their home by relieving the family of basic self‑help needs and other activities of daily living, including interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.
