Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a beauty and cosmetics sales associate to maximize the sale of beauty products and services and to keep the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will drive sales, promote promotions, and engage customers through PC Optimum programs while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

In this role you will represent the store by promoting products, attending trainings, and ensuring cosmetics operating standards are followed to create a positive shopping

• Attends workshop/education sessions
• Adheres to Cosmetics Operating Standards
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Complies with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensures they are executed in the department
• Acts professionally at all times
• Perform other duties as required

• A good knowledge of various beauty products and services available


• Ability to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Ability to climb ladder


• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
