Job summary

CosmoProf Canada in Richmond, BC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and run daily store operations when the manager is away. You will lead a team, drive customer experience, and help meet sales goals while maintaining budgets and inventory.

We seek passionate beauty leaders with 3+ years in customer service/retail and at least 1 year in sales management; cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, growth of sales and inventory.
