Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser for Oxford Street, London. You will join a field-based merchandising team to launch a new beauty brand in high street stores and drive sales by ensuring stands stay fully stocked.

Role is based primarily in the W1K postcode area with early-morning shifts and flexible hours, including Thursdays to Saturdays. Inductions start mid-October.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to stock shelves.
• Shows initiative to complete tasks within set time frames.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Keep shelves stocked to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty brands and trends.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies and safety guidelines.
• Follow planograms to ensure consistency.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for offers.
• Build good relationships with in-store staff and managers.
• Provide timely feedback to client accounts via the feedback app.

eXPD8 have got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Oxford Street, London area. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

About The Role:

This role will primarily be based within the W1K postcode area.

Confirmed Working Hours:

Thursday: 07:00 start (4 hours)

Friday: 07:00 start (3 hours)

Saturday: 07:00 start (4 hours)

This is a trial for a new brand so flexibility on hours and days may be needed. Inductions for this role will commence mid October.

How You'll Deliver Excellence:

• You will arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensuring as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Follow the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

• You work at pace, ensuring the stands are filled quickly and accurately with as much stock as possible.
• You have experience in merchandising or retail.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
