Clarins Canada, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Coach in Charlottetown, PE (6 hours/week) to represent the Clarins brand with exceptional customer service and personalized consultations. You will drive sales, perform makeup applications, and participate in in-store events to showcase our products.

The role emphasizes a proactive, client-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to engage customers while maintaining brand standards and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Beauty-related experience or retail experience is preferred.
• Passion and curiosity for beauty and sales.
• Engaging, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused and a team-player attitude.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilités

• Achieve daily target sales by recommending and selling Clarins products.
• Perform skincare and makeup applications.
• Create activity and traffic during events, actively recruiting customers.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with store partners.
• Report daily sales and highlight successes and opportunities.
• Support product launches, in-store events and seasonal focuses.
• Participate in training seminars and share product knowledge.
• Maintain grooming and presentation per Clarins guidelines.
