Sephora Canada is hiring a Paid Service Beauty Advisor in Winnipeg (MB) for a full-time, hourly position. You will guide clients on beauty journeys, provide consultations, and deliver makeup and skincare services in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work peak hours; you’ll also participate in events and stay current with beauty trends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Makeup application and skincare treatments with health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Show makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Track latest trends, products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming environment; manage bookings and rebookings.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Contribute to store sales goals and events.
