Sephora Canada in Red Deer, AB is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty experiences and expert product guidance. You will stay current with trends, support inventory and merchandising, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment for clients.

The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts including nights/weekends, CAD$17.00–CAD$20.00 per hour, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses plus competitive benefits and learning/development programs.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
