Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor for the BC Pine Centre location in Prince George. You will greet clients, provide personalized beauty consultations, and offer product recommendations to help them feel confident and beautiful.

You will stay ahead of trends, maintain a welcoming space, support inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Flexible scheduling includes part-time hours and peak retail coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering excellent service in retail or customer-focused environments.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.85 - CAD$23.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
