Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations. You will help clients find the right shades and tools, sharing knowledge to empower their beauty journeys in a friendly, inclusive environment.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a compensation range CAD$19.85–CAD$24.80 per hour, and opportunities for bonuses, benefits, and ongoing learning.

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences: Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr.
