Job summary

Sephora Canada in Coquitlam is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients, deliver personalized makeup consultations, and recommend products that fit individual needs. You'll stay ahead of trends, share expertise, and help clients feel confident and valued in every interaction.

This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional service, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. You will support merchandising and inventory while upholding Sephora's standards and inclusive culture.

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephora Canada’s welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.85 - CAD$23.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
