Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Vaughan, ON to greet clients warmly and guide them through personalized beauty consultations. You will showcase product expertise, answer questions, and recommend items that meet individual needs.

In this role, you will stay ahead of beauty trends, support inventory and merchandising, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience for every guest.

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences: Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
