Job summary

Sephora Canada in Thunder Bay is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence while delivering personalized consultations and product recommendations. You will stay ahead of trends, share product knowledge, and help create an inviting, inclusive shopping experience.

You will also support inventory and merchandising, maintain a clean space, and work toward exceeding sales goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and empower customers on their beauty journeys.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand client needs.

Responsibilities
