Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC CosmoProf Canada is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. You’ll help customers, explain promotions, and set up attractive displays while learning Sally Beauty’s culture values.

You’ll work flexible schedules with opportunities for growth and employee discounts, plus a comprehensive education on our products and trends in beauty.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
