Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking freelance sales associates in Brampton, Canada to provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and create a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience.

You will work with a high-performing team, participate in in-store events, and help maintain visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors. Training and competitive remuneration are provided.

Qualifications

• Amateur level experience with ability to demonstrate high level of creative and technical expertise
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point of sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.
