What you’ll be doing:
  • Connect with dealership customers to gather insights and elevate satisfaction
  • Develop and follow communication strategies to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage customer information and keep data organized
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Conduct customer surveys to capture valuable feedback
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
  • Prepare reports as needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and handle deadlines and high‑pressure situations
  • Customer service guru, in other words a people person
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate and telephone savvy
  • Passion for teamwork

  • Bonus points if you have call center experience
