ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding and currently seeking BDC Service Appointment Coordinators to join our call center team with Dilawri Group of Companies . The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
  • This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.
  • 85+ Service calls minimum is required per day.
ABOUT YOU
  • Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.
  • Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
  • Ability to learn multiple software applications.
  • Focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Previous service experience is considered an asset.
