A leading company in Vancouver is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for a permanent position. This role involves managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and must have completed secondary school, with a focus on strong organizational and communication skills.
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $28.21~$30.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Number of Positions: 1
· Extended Medical benefit
· 6 paid sick days per year
Job Duties:
· Respond to incoming calls and electronic inquiries
· Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and arrange meetings
· Open and distribute incoming mail and emails and coordinate the flow of information
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
· Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material
· Compile data, statistics, and other information
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1~2 years of related experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
