Job summary

Boston Pizza Windsor is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and pour drinks while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will build relationships with regulars, chat about sports, and uphold Boston Pizza standards and food safety across service.

Thrive in a high-energy bar setting, maintain smooth drink service, and collaborate with Front of House to ensure guests receive timely beverage service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to mix and pour drinks to standards.
• Ability to build relationships with regular guests at the bar.
• Strong communication with Front of House to maintain flow.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and pour drinks according to Boston Pizza standards.
• Provide excellent guest experience and engage with guests at the bar.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and pace during peak hours.
• Coordinate with FOH to ensure timely drink service.

Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, they carefully mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving our Guests perfect drinks, every time, they are also great at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving.
