Job summary

Red Robin Langley is hiring Bartenders to join our front-of-house team at Langley, BC. Base pay is $18.25/hour plus tips, with full-time and part-time positions available and flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling.

You will craft beverages, greet guests, take orders, and support restaurant service during busy periods while upholding safety and quality standards. Training and growth opportunities are available, including paths to supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Serving It Right Certification is required.
• Experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Learn the Red Robin menu and make recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during peak times.
