Job summary

Red Lobster in Regina, Canada is seeking a Bartender to warmly greet guests, set up the bar, take orders, and craft drinks to standard recipes. You will handle responsible pouring, maintain station readiness, and provide excellent guest service throughout shifts.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short-term disability. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and ability to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
• Setting up the bar, including pour and glassware stations prior to opening, and restocking beverages, mixes, garnishes as needed
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
• Making all drinks to standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS properly
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards
