Starbucks Windsor is hiring baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will craft beverages and food to standard recipes, engage with customers, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; strong communication and teamwork are valued. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the brand are available as part of our diverse, inclusive partner community.

As a Starbucks barista, you'll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
