Starbucks in Edmonton is seeking a Barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages in a fast-paced store environment.

No previous experience is required. You will learn new recipes, handle cash, and work with a friendly team to ensure quality products and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food according to recipes and standards.
• Cash handling, store safety, and customer engagement as part of daily duties.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
