Starbucks is hiring a barista to create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted beverages. You’ll work in an energetic store, mastering food and drink preparation while collaborating with friends and meeting new people every day. No prior experience is required.

We value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude. The role involves flexible hours, cash handling and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace.

Qualifications

• Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards: beverages, food, cash handling, safety.
• Engage with customers and understand needs through clear communication.
• Prepare beverages/foods to standard recipes, with customization when needed.
• Handle multiple tasks across shifts.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
