Starbucks in Alberta, Canada seeks a friendly barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience with consistent quality beverages and food in a fast-paced store.

You’ll work with teammates, learn new recipes, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space for customers, while developing skills in service, teamwork, and communication.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality required, with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Comfort with cash-handling and store safety responsibilities.
• Ability to engage with customers and respond to needs with clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, including substitutions as needed.
• Ability to multitask across different store tasks during a shift.

As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
