Job summary

Starbucks Surrey is seeking friendly baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience with outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

You will master beverage and food crafting, collaborate with teammates, and create a welcoming environment for every customer who visits the store.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food and ensure store safety and cash handling.
• Engage with customers with friendly, clear communication and a warm attitude.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and customize as needed.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
