Job summary

Starbucks Barista in Banff is seeking friendly people to join our store team. You’ll create the Starbucks Experience for customers through warm service and expertly crafted beverages in a fast‑paced, energetic environment, working alongside friends and meeting new people every day.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you. You’ll handle cash, follow standard recipes, keep a clean, organized workspace, and help deliver a welcoming, inclusive experience for every partner and customer.

As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
