Job summary

Starbucks Canada Calgary is hiring baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for customers with exceptional service and crafted beverages. You'll work in an energetic store, mastering our food and beverage craft while connecting with teammates and the community.

No experience required; training provided. You’ll handle cash, follow safety policies, prepare drinks to standard recipes, keep a clean workstation, and contribute to a welcoming environment for every customer.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers and understand needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized per customer requests.
• Able to perform many different tasks within the store each shift.

As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.
