Starbucks is hiring baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for customers through friendly service and craft beverages in a bustling store. You’ll work with teammates in a warm, welcoming environment and have opportunities to learn the latest beverage recipes.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
