Starbucks in North Vancouver is hiring baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages. You will work in an energetic store environment, mastering food and beverage craft, while collaborating with friends and meeting new people daily.

As a barista, you’ll handle cash, support store safety, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The role offers competitive pay and benefits to eligible partners.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Meet store operating policies with quality beverages, cash handling, and safety.
• Engage with customers to understand needs through clear communication.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes and handle substitutions as needed.
• Be able to perform many different tasks within the store per shift.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
