Job summary

Starbucks Vancouver store is hiring a barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience through friendly, fast service and skilled beverage crafting. You will work in a lively store environment, mastering our food & beverage craft while engaging with customers and colleagues daily.

The position requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a focus on quality and teamwork to ensure a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including beverage/food quality and cash handling.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests.
• Be capable of multiple tasks within the store during each shift.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
