Starbucks is hiring a barista in North Vancouver, Canada. You will welcome customers, craft beverages and foods, and contribute to a warm, energetic store environment.

You’ll learn the latest beverage recipes, handle cash, and ensure a clean, organized workspace while delivering the Starbucks Experience to every guest. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies, including quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety and security.

• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
