Job summary

Starbucks in Delta, Canada, is hiring a barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers. You’ll craft beverages and food, delight customers with friendly service, and work in an energetic store environment.

No prior experience required, and training will be provided along with flexible scheduling. As a partner at Starbucks, you’ll join a diverse team, have opportunities for growth, and benefit from health coverage, tuition reimbursement, equity rewards via Bean Stock, and paid time off

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
