Starbucks is seeking friendly baristas to join our Orillia store, where you'll deliver the Starbucks Experience through warm service and expertly crafted beverages. You’ll work in an energetic team environment, learn our recipes, and help our customers start their day with a smile.

No prior experience required. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, benefits for eligible partners, and opportunities to develop your barista skills while connecting with the community.

Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes; cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized per request.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks per shift.

• Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and beverages.
• Work in an energetic store environment and master food & beverage craft.
