Circles & Squares Bakery Cafe on King Street in Toronto is seeking a Cafe Barista/Cafe Associate. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting, craft beverages, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming space for guests.

This role offers tips in addition to hourly pay. Requirements include at least 1 year of barista experience and English proficiency, with work conducted on-site at our King Street location in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 1 year barista experience or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Keep the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Prepare espresso beverages and maintain coffee equipment
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock management
• Provide warm, personalized customer service and menu recommendations
• Monitor inventory, FIFO and display presentation
