Starbucks in Canada’s Comox Valley is hiring a barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience with high-quality beverages and foods, serving customers with a smile in an energetic store. You’ll learn new drinks, connect with customers and teammates daily.

No prior experience required; we value people skills, teamwork and a friendly attitude. Flexible hours, training and growth opportunities are offered for part-time and full-time partners.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies including cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers to understand needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
