Job Description

Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Barista to join our dynamic team. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to prepare appealing beverages for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and/or cold beverages.
• Arrange the coffee-bar/cart supplies and ensure displays are attractive.
• Maintain the bar/coffee-cart station in a sanitary matter.
• Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash register and follow cash-handling procedures as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista with excellent customer service.
• Team-oriented; enjoys working in a collaborative environment; ensures high quality services and customer satisfaction.
• You may be enrolled in a secondary educational institution or working toward high school equivalency, but it is not required.
• You must meet the minimum age requirement to work in the province or territory where the job is located.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards and inventory control systems is preferred.
