Qualifications

• 2 years of Barista experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
• Master crafting all drinks on the Alforno menu.
• Basic understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance.
• Welcoming customers with excellent service.
• Certified Food Safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Handle cash/transactions and POS duties as needed.
• Assist in training junior team members when required.
• Support team with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

What are the duties to perform:

• 2 years of Barista experience is preferred!
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask effectively
• Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu
• General understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance
• Welcoming and providing customers with the best services

• Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends
• Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals
• Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• A valid Food Safety Certificate is required to ensure safety and quality standards
