Job summary

Bardel Entertainment is seeking a skilled CFX artist to create Houdini-based character effects for feature-animation marketing work. The role combines hair, fur, cloth and muscle simulations with integration into character and lighting pipelines, based in Vancouver with hybrid attendance.

You will maintain CFX setups, troubleshoot shots and drive workflow improvements through tools or scripts, collaborating with production and mentoring junior artists.

Qualifications

• Feature-film or high-end television CFX experience and strong Houdini skills.
• Reel showing Houdini character effects is required.
• Knowledge of dynamics and procedural techniques is a plus.
