Job summary

Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop Sierra Springs in Airdrie is hiring barbers and hairstylists. The team focuses on quality men's grooming, friendly service, and guest relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Both licensed professionals and apprentices are encouraged to apply, with supportive training and opportunities for advancement. Starting wage ranges from $16 to $19 per hour plus tips, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist.
• Barbering or hairstyling skills appropriate to experience and training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current men’s grooming styles and techniques.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
• Consult with guests to understand preferred styles.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and build relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and products.

What You'll Be Doing
