Qualifications

• Bartending experience required.
• ProServe certification required.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the bar, ensuring procedures align with standards and laws.
• Train and coach bartenders; build server product knowledge.
• Lead by example with hospitality and positivity.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storing and invoicing.
• Create and maintain a drinks menu that evolves with seasons and trends.
• Enforce sanitary practices and bar cleanliness; maintain appearance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
