Ramada St Paul, part of Canalta Group, seeks a Banquet Supervisor to lead our event spaces for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings, ensuring flawless execution and memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee banquet setups, coordinate with clients, monitor service quality, mentor team members, and uphold safety and hotel guidelines to deliver a legendary guest experience for every event.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Role Overview:

As the Banquet Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our event spaces. From weddings and corporate events to community gatherings, you'll ensure that everything runs smoothly, and our guests leave with unforgettable memories.

What you'll do:

• Event Coordination: Oversee banquet setups, ensuring that every detail is perfect from décor to seating arrangements
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice to curate a memorable experience
• Quality Control: Monitor service quality throughout the events, addressing any issues quickly and effectively. Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
• Training & Development: Mentor team members, fostering their growth and ensuring they are equipped to shine.
