Currently recruiting for an experienced Banquets & Events Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Regina. What You'll Be Doing:
Be the Face of the Event: Greet function conveners and check in throughout events to ensure guests are satisfied.
Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support the banquet team, ensuring smooth execution of all events as per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Set the Bar High: Act as a mentor and coach, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Adapt and Excel: Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure staffing levels are on point and all event details are executed to perfection.

What Were Looking For:
Availability: Full open availability including weekends
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Food & Beverage role.
Certification: Current Serve It Right Certification (or provincial equivalent).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle guest service issues with professionalism and care.
