McCarthy Tétrault LLP's Vancouver office seeks a highly motivated lawyer to join our Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. The successful candidate will work closely with one of Canada's leading teams, with extensive experience in restructurings, insolvencies and workouts for over 20 years.

Qualified to practice in British Columbia, you should have 2–5 years post-call, a strong interest in bankruptcy with banking or commercial litigation, and excellent academics, analytical, drafting and teamwork

• Strong interest in bankruptcy with banking/financial services or commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist our team on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Work closely with a leading bankruptcy and restructuring group on major matters.
• Support clients including debtors, financial institutions and other creditors as needed.
