Responsibilities

Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers' banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where applicable.

Be familiar and proactively keep up to date with latest banking products and services to suggest alternative solutions to customers.

Assist in customer’s general enquiries and always ensure service delivery standard including attending service huddles with branch team.
