Job summary

National Bank seeks a Mortgage Development Manager to support clients on their homeownership journey. You will build partnerships with real estate professionals and internal teams to deliver tailored mortgage solutions.

You will identify client needs, connect them with specialists, and design business development strategies to increase your market presence. The role is permanently hybrid across locations in Quebec.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of financing products and services (insurance, investments, banking services).
• Ability to take an end-to-end approach to fully understand clients’ needs and financial objectives.
• Strong professional rigor, both in technical expertise and in client service and follow-up.

Your Role

• Provide a comprehensive client experience by connecting clients with the right specialists based on their needs (insurance, banking services, investments, etc.).
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or home builders.
• Design and implement business development strategies (digital and in-person) to increase your presence in your market.
• Actively participate in business development activities and networking events.
• Apply established processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
